The Pharmacy Technician could be responsible for taking inbound calls transferred from a contact center representative, reviewing patient accounts, generating outbound fax requests, making outbound calls to prescribers and patients, data entry, and transferring calls when appropriate.

Responsibilities
Take inbound calls transferred from a contact center representative
Review patient accounts
Generate outbound fax requests and make outbound calls to prescribers and patients
Perform data entry and transfer calls when appropriate
Ensure quality assurance and report adverse events
Assist with prescriber and patient outreach
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid Pharmacy Technician license strongly preferred, or Pharmacy Tech-In training/certification/registration as required by state laws
0-1 year of relevant experience
