Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat
Deliver accurate information about our products and services
Schedule appointments based on customer needs
Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services
Capture customer contact details for effective lead generation
Summarize customer interactions for analytical purposes and client review
Required Skills

Proficient in English, both spoken and written
Fast typing skills (minimum of 35 WPM)

Qualifications
Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, though not mandatory
Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM (40 WPM or above is advantageous)
A positive and professional demeanor is essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Adaptability to change and enjoyment of a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
Experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or office customer service is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
