Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers through online chat, responding to their inquiries and providing accurate product information
Assist in scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our products and services
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is a plus but not mandatory
Basic understanding of internet and computer-based systems
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing circumstances
Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
Salary Details:The estimated annual salary for this position is between $55,000 and $70,000, based on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 6% match on 401(k) and company contributions to your HSA.
