As a Chat Support Representative at RCS Millwork, you will engage with customers through online chat platforms to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues. Your ability to type quickly and accurately while maintaining professionalism and attentiveness to customer needs will be crucial in meeting their expectations.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer chat inquiries promptly and professionally
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating as necessary to ensure a satisfactory resolution
Assist customers with product recommendations, order status updates, and other inquiries
Document customer interactions and update customer information as required
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all chat interactions
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
Prior experience in customer support or chat support is a plus
Excellent written communication skills with strong spelling and grammar
Ability to type quickly and accurately
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency in using chat support software and other remote communication tools
Positive attitude and ability to maintain professionalism in all customer interactions
Flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs, including evenings and weekends
