Key Responsibilities
Supervise and provide support to a remote team of outpatient therapists
Ensure the application of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and maintain high standards of care
Offer clinical supervision and mentorship to therapists, promoting their professional development
Collaborate effectively with clients, families, and relevant stakeholders to optimize treatment outcomes
Required Skills
Strong clinical supervision abilities
Proficiency in delivering therapy services via telehealth platforms
Expertise in staff training and professional development
Capacity to foster collaboration among clients, families, and other stakeholders
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) credentials are required
Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related discipline
At least 5 years of experience in clinical counseling or social work
Proven background in staff training and quality assurance practices
