Responsibilities
· All collection related activities, including, but not limited to follow-up inquiries, negotiating with past due accounts and maintaining cash receipts.
· Communicate with premier clients on a near day-to-day basis.
· Project Management on all client projects to ensure high quality and timely completion.
· Creating, implementing and enforcing collection manual for proper procedures which would ultimately help improve collections efforts.
· Act as primary contact for client inquiries and ensure requests are handled in a timely manner.
· Management of the administrative and client relations activities.
· Contributing to client retention efforts by maintaining strong and proactive relationships with clients through e-mail, meetings, networking and phone contact.
· Preparing monthly/quarterly collections reports, including but not limited to cash and client reports.
· Working closely with marketing and sales departments in creating and drafting promotional materials.
Managing and prioritizing multiple responsibilities and projects as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
