**Overview:**
We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Pricing Manager to join our team, responsible for developing and implementing global pricing strategies for our clients. This key role will work closely with executive leaders and regional leadership teams to provide financial guidance and support to our sales and operational teams. **Responsibilities:**
Provide leadership support to ensure… strategic client-related initiatives are accurate and timely
Lead and facilitate global alignment of pricing teams
Review, consolidate, and standardize pricing across all segments and geos
Work closely with executive leadership and business development teams to manage client RFPs from a financial perspective
Lead and facilitate project pricing, value-add total cost of ownership modeling, and postmortem review and process improvement functions
Ensure financial deliverables are accurate and compliant with global policies, IFRS, local taxes, and commercial standards
Support client negotiations from a financial perspective
Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales and pricing strategies with overall business objectives
*Qualifications:**
3+ years of experience in finance, pricing, operations, or workforce management
Bachelor’s degree in business or quantitative/technical discipline; MBA is a plus
Strong attention to detail, superior analytical and problem-solving capability
Previous experience in finance, pricing, operations, or workforce management with a BPO company; experience with client negotiations and contract reviews from a financial perspective
