Essential Functions:
Support the Compliance Manager with Carrier and Compliance monitoring processes…
Follow established procedures to appropriately review and update carrier profiles, assist carriers with issues and address emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
Review all documentation submitted by carriers and insurance companies for carrier registration for accuracy.
Review and monitor carrier performance on FMCSA websites.
Develop and manage reports from VLMS/Magnus database to support carrier statuses and reviews.
Communicate with team members, carriers, and external customers via telephone, written correspondence, in-person, or other electronic media.

Meets attendance and punctuality standards, may require some weekend workExperience and Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
At least 2 years of previous customer service experience preferred.
Transportation industry experience preferred.
Training experience is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
