About the position
The Compliance Education Specialist is an entry-level position responsible for training customers on OSHA, HIPAA, and HazCom compliance regulations. This role involves conducting presentations, performing on-site evaluations, and providing consultations to ensure customers meet compliance standards.
Responsibilities
Provide onsite services including PowerPoint presentations, OSHA site evaluations, and HIPAA gap analysis.

Assist with managing assigned territory and company expenses such as travel and accommodations.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email to resolve compliance questions.
,
Utilize electronic technology to deliver onsite visits and upload customer documents promptly.
,
Continuously study and maintain competency in bloodborne pathogens, OSHA, HIPAA, and HazCom regulations.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

2+ years of experience in a healthcare environment.
,
Completion of 30-hour online OSHA training required within the first 6 weeks of employment.

Completion of HIPAA certification at a later date upon joining the team.
