Contact Center Specialist – Remote Work

Job Description:

American Airlines Group is seeking a motivated and hardworking Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate Level Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers and assisting… them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
2. Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
3. Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and policies to customers.
4. Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
7. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
8. Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office.
6. Planning and people management skills.
7. Must be motivated and hardworking.
