Five years’ experience in recruiting
Previous experience sourcing for fleet and driver positions
Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively in a team environment
Demonstrated assessment skills in evaluating candidates
Experience managing various websites/database content

Knowledge of building materials industry
Experience with transportation regulations
