What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide a high-quality experience for candidates through effective communication and follow-through
Build influential relationships with candidates during the recruitment cycle
Develop strong partnerships with community organizations, colleges, and employment agencies
Organize and attend hiring events, career fairs, and networking opportunities
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
Experience in high volume recruiting
Proven ability to develop partnerships with internal and external customers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
High volume recruiting experience is highly preferred
Experience recruiting in an ABA or behavioral health environment preferred
