The Creative Planning Managers will rely on the Creative Project Planner to provide on-going analysis, updates, management of information by updating for all parties including Production, Programming, Marketing, CW and other business units. This person serves as the right hand for the Creative Planning team overall managing the administrative project timelines and data capture for Creative… Planning projects and initiatives. This role also supports various business operations functions from processing of payments to troubleshooting vendor issues.
Responsibilities:
Proactively build relationships and outreach to all content teams
Update planning tool with data captured in meetings to ensure accurate sharing of info across ECS
Works closely with all Creative Planning team members across the project portfolio to align key practices
Has a solid grasp on Creative Studio and the groups we partner with including but not limited to Marketing, Social, Digital, Corp Citizenship, Research and Product design.
Conducts and organizes research and key findings for projects in collaboration with creative leaders
Participate regularly in Creative Studio meetings and conference calls
Sports knowledge is a key component to this role as the yearly sports schedules, nuances to differing sports and flows of work based on different seasons is essential
Possess understanding of digital shows and strategy for Direct-to-Consumer business
Work with Creative Studio Producers/Project Leads/Senior Leaders across Creative Works and within ECS to assist with the management and payment to external Vendors
Partner collaboratively with other ESPN departments such as Legal, Accounting, Procurement, etc., and outside entities
Create new vendors in the Disney vendor portal and coordinate with Disney Shared Services on troubleshooting vendor set-ups
Assist Vendors with Maintaining up-to-date Account information and tracking of payments within the Disney Portal
Basic Qualifications
Excellent team player, who possesses strong interpersonal and organizational skills (i.e. budgeting time and prioritizing workload, accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, ability to implement systematic processes and organize information flow)
Must possess strong communication skills (i.e. clear and concise in all forms of communication, ability to handle high-volume email and phone traffic, as well as Zoom interactions)
Has demonstrated ability to react quickly and positively under a wide variety of sensitive Production and Vendor situations that arise and are subject to continual change
Demonstrates ability to take initiative; suggests ideas and solutions to problems that arise
Performs independently with guidance from management and senior teammates
Has basic experience and understanding of the operational and business aspects of Production, Legal and Accounting processes such as Purchasing, Invoice and Contract Processing
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Office 365, Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, etc.).
Must understand the value of synergy in a dynamic organization.

Typically has 1-3 years of Production, Operations or Business experience
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledgeable about the sports production landscape
Possess basic understanding of the production of studio shows, remote events, digital, and/or packaged shows
Has some financial management experience
Required Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Advanced computer skills including traditional Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel & Powerpoint as well as other cloud-based and shared platforms (Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Working knowledge of the following systems/tools
Zoom, Smartsheet, Slack, Microsoft Office 365 programs, Playbook, Concur, Autoflow Invoice Management, SAP
