Pay rate: 20.00/Hr on w2 without benefits, weekly pay.
Start Date: 26 August 2024
Shift Timing: Monday-Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm.
Note: Drug test and BG and FP Required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist rental car customers with payments, tolls, and violations.
• Resolve issues efficiently with a focus on one-call resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and processes.
• Communicate effectively and empathetically with customers.
• Meet performance goals in efficiency, schedule adherence, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer service mail and secure data with care.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred).
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Team-oriented, yet able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability: Monday-Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
