Shift Timing: Monday-Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm.
Note: Drug test and BG and FP Required.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist rental car customers with payments, tolls, and violations.
Resolve issues efficiently with a focus on one-call resolutions.
Maintain knowledge of products and processes.
Communicate effectively and empathetically with customers.
Meet performance goals in efficiency, schedule adherence, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer service mail and secure data with care.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred).
Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Team-oriented, yet able to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Availability: Monday-Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm.

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
