Our CSR/Administrative Assistants work to ensure that every customer is taken care of to the very best of our abilities. As an administrative assistant, you must play an integral role in maintaining a good customer relationship.
Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Inbound calls on multi line phone system during scheduled hours
Outbound calls for service, follow-ups, & membership inspections
Email correspondence & coordination with customers
Monitor & contact expired memberships
Additional duties as assigned from Office Manager
Strongly Preferred Qualities:
Customer Service Experience
Knowledge/Experience of ServiceTitan program

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
