What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, vendors, and the culinary team to fulfill and manage orders
Manage calendars and schedule appointments for the culinary team efficiently
Prepare and maintain various documents, including reports, memos, and invoices
Assist with budgeting and expense tracking to ensure financial efficiency
Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with planning culinary events
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
One (1) year experience with accounting practices
Basic understanding of culinary operations
Previous experience in an administrative role
