TASK:
Responding to customer inquiries via chat
Providing information about company services and products
Assisting customers with placing orders and reservations
Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
REQUIREMENT
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
