We are seeking a customer-facing Program Manager to be part of the core development team and directly contribute by helping test, validate, and launch new technology at customer locations. The successful candidate will thrive in a constantly evolving business environment, work well with cross-functional teams to help deliver a world-class shopping experience, and obsess about our customers as much as we do.
Experience in customer-facing program management, process development, and a demonstrated record of delivering for customers in a fast-paced environment are required. Travel will be approximately 50% of the time domestically.
Core Job Tasks Include:
Evaluating the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology
Provide technical and CX feedback to development teams
Visit customer sites and deploy new technology
Collect customer feedback and quantify impacts of new technology
Summarize results in writing for presentation to development team leadership

Basic qualifications
A 4-year science/engineering degree
Strong communication and data analysis skills
Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment
Previous experience teaching and communicating complex topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences
Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making decisions in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment
Preferred qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or similar technical field
Scripting skills
Formal coursework/training in project management
Contract Length: 11 Months
Location: Remote (50% travel, so best to be near a main US airline Hub)
Pay range: $38 – $42 per hour
