We are seeking a passionate Customer Help Representative to join our dynamic Sales team. Your role will be essential in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their questions and concerns are handled promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities…
Responding to customer inquiries and support requests via email and ticketing systems
Providing accurate and detailed information on our insurance products and services
Assisting with policy updates, claims processing, and payment management
Handling and resolving complaints, escalating when necessary
Keeping client records updated in our system
Collaborating with the Sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
For this role, were looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a genuine ability to connect with clients. Youll need to be able to listen attentively, understand customer needs, and offer appropriate solutions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are also key to maintaining accurate client information.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in computer systems and software tools
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
