??ABOUT YOU
You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customers needs. You will be great at building rapport with clients and have great success with achieving and surpassing targets. It would be advantageous if you have used Customer Relationship management (CRM) software.
You have a customer-centric mindset, highly organised and have a good level of education. You will have previous experience in a telephone based sales role and working remotely.
??THE ROLE
Whatever is the opposite of a cold call, that’s what we do.
You will be engaging with our customers providing exceptional service and support, receiving enquires and exploring additional requirements. The role requires giving our customer needs based assessments to advise on the best possible alarm solution, taking inbound calls from new and existing customers, making outbound follow-up lead calls. This requires working closely with all departments in C365 while ensuring that quality and accuracy is maintained throughout.
On a day to day basis you will be
Managing and converting lead generated inbound calls
Being a product expert and brand ambassador, signposting customers to their personalised sales solutions
Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets
Up-selling additional products and services
Existing customer engagement and service management
Being a role model within the team & showcasing the five Appello values
Actively looking at new ways to improve customer journey.
