Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients via email, chat and social media…
– Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
– Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
– Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist bilingual customers
– Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
– Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
– Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information
Skills:
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
– Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
– Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
– Multilingual capabilities are a plus
– Sales experience is preferred but not required
– Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
