Requirements:
1+ year of customer service and sales support experience
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong computer skills and proficiency in CRM software
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
