Job Description

Amazon is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associates at the entry level. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the frontline of our customer support, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

– Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

– Friendly, patient, and positive attitude

– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

– Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem

– Process orders, returns, and exchanges

– Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service

– Update customer records in our database as necessary

– Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction

– Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues

Educational Qualifications

– High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

– Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (Preferred but not required)

Experience

– Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training
