What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their vehicle needs
Guide customers through the car buying process, from online sales to vehicle delivery
Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing for an exceptional customer experience
Mentor colleagues as your skills develop and you progress in your role
Achieve sales targets while providing outstanding customer service
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
Strong customer focus with good listening skills
High level of self-motivation to meet performance goals
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must reside in Wisconsin and live within 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC)
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a sales role
Ability to learn and master new technologies, demonstrating strong computer skills
Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
