Responsibilities

Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and account information.
Process transactions, including cash handling and payment processing as needed.
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Familiarity with office procedures and computer systems for data entry tasks.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
