Seeking a customer service sales team member with a positive attitude for health insurance agency
Pay rate: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour plus bonuses…
SCHEDULE:
Mon. Tues. Weds. Thurs: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM or 9 A.M. – 6 P.M.
Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM OR 9 A.M. – 5 P.M.
Sat. & Sun: OFF
CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES AGENT MUST:
Be able to multitask
Be proficient in Google products (Gmail. Excel, Google Chat, Google Space)
Be able to work efficiently under pressure
Have phone and email etiquette
Be coachable
Be a team player
Fluent in Spanish is preferred but not required
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
Communicating with customers and sales representatives.
Analyzing customer behavior.
Gathering information about customer complaints.
Developing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.
Negotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain business relations.
Meeting with the sales team to propose customer retention solutions.
Writing and presenting customer behavior reports.
Building positive relationships with customers and business associates.
Sales and Health Insurance Experience a plus but not required
