Job Title: Customer Service/Call Center – Healthcare (Remote)

Pay Rate: $19/50/hr
Location: Remote – Must reside in Florida
Work Hours: 8-5 EST
Qualifications/Skills Needed
Call Center experience is a must. Customer service experience needed
2-3 years managed care or physician’s office experience
Medical terminology
Typing skills
LTC/Medical Authorization experience
Outlook, Word and Microsoft Windows
High School Diploma or equivalent
Day To Day Responsibilities Of Role
Assist to resolve missed visits or missed supplies – reaching out to Provider for status/update authorizations, as needed
Assist with all LTC (Member/Provider) calls. We focus on one call resolution and answering calls in a timely manner
Review authorizations and assist with correcting authorizations, as needed, to match the PCCP
Triage/Route calls correctly. Unless member/provider insists that they only want to speak to CC, team will try to resolve issues brought up by the caller before the call is routed to CC or Sup.
Performance Expectations
Call Center metrics (Talk time, Hold, Aftercall), Schedule Adherence and Call Quality scores 95% or above
