Reply and respond to all Tickets on our System
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until theyve solved a technical issue
Job Requirements
It is a hosting company so you should have at least 3 years of technical experience ex orange or WE or software/Hosting Company.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience in Technical Support for at least 3 years
English level is at least very good
Max age is 30
Sales experience is preferred
Nasr city or Misr el Gdeda residents or Shoubra Misr or Fifth of settlement or Hadaya Elzaytoun preferred
Grads only
Males and Females are welcome to apply
Work Conditions :
Rotational shifts from 9.00 am to 5:00 pm which is work from the office or from 5.30 PM to 2.00 AM work from home
2 Days off is fixed but it changes every month
