We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Rep to join forces with a pioneering leader in digital technologies. This position interfaces with customers, repair technicians, manufacturing and logistics personnel to coordinate customer equipment repairs.

Pay: $20-$25/hour
Location: Bartlesville (on-site)
Responsibilities:
Oversee customer repair requests from start to finish
Work with Repair Techs to schedule and prioritize customer repairs
Ensure invoices are accurate and send to customers
Run reports and analyze data to recommend process changes to improve productivity
Participate in and/or lead improvement activities to meet/exceed service goals
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and 2 to 5 years of customer service experience OR a combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments
Attention to detail, team player and self-starter
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
