In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers by providing product and service information, resolving any issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities
Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
Maintain customer records and handle administrative tasks as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
