In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance and information
Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
Process orders, returns, and exchanges
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs
Stay current on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements

Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficient computer skills… including knowledge of CRM software
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
