As a Customer Service Representative at Genesis Datacom, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their questions are answered in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, providing solutions to their problems, and assisting them with any technical issues they may encounter.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding our products and services
Identify and assess… customer needs to achieve satisfaction
Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently
Escalate customer issues to the appropriate team members as needed
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information
Follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with CRM software
High school diploma or equivalent
