Job Description:
This position is responsible for first contact resolution of customer assistance requests by phone and email. The Customer Service Representative demonstrates high standards of concern for the customers situation, and seeks to exceed performance standards in every interaction. A background in call-center or phone sales and general outbound calling experience is preferred. The Team Member must be friendly, patient, enthusiastic, and a self-motivated team player with outstanding communications skills, a positive attitude, and an excellent work ethic.
Summary of Requirements:
Demonstrated proficiency in customer service
Knowledge of windows operating systems and the internet in general
Skilled at keyboard navigation, comfortable with desktop technology, knowledge of Service Titan and Quickbooks a plus.
Ability to communication clearly with customers and to help resolve problems
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn and work with multiple software applications at once
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and conflict resolution skills
Be a productive team member and project positivity to customers.
Job Responsibility:
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in accordance with company policies
Scheduling appointments
General customer service
Follow proper procedures for resolving customer requests and concerns
Maintain productivity and complete tasks efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction
Attend and participates in team meetings and required training sessions
Follow all safety, ethics, human resources and security policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Prior CSR experience a plus (multi-tasking in an Inbound Call Center Environment)
1-2 years customer service experience
Flexible and adaptable to business requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Excellent listening /communication skills (both oral and written)
Proficient in keyboard skills, Microsoft and Service Titan a plus
Regular predictable attendance is an essential function of this job
