Customer Service Representative
Hours: M-F, 8-5 | Pay: $25 – $28/hr DOE
Are you a detail-oriented customer service professional with a knack for handling fast-paced environments? Join a stable, well-established company with a big-business feel and a family-friendly atmosphere! Were looking for a Customer Service Representative to support client needs and facilitate smooth, timely shipments. This is a temporary to hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and maintain sales orders, and process paperwork for daily shipments.
Coordinate customer requests, including quoting and tracking expedite orders.
Communicate product details and updates with customers via phone and email.
Monitor customer portals to ensure timely response to order changes and requests.
Support production scheduling, handle Return Material Authorizations, and prepare regular management reports.
Assist with data analysis, inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
2-4+ years of customer service experience, ideally in manufacturing.
Strong Excel and computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelors degree preferred, Associate’s or relevant 2-year degree required.
