They are seeking a Customer Services Representative to join their after hours team.
Fully remote position but based in South Africa.
The hours for this position offers flexibility, with a 3 day working week of 4 hour shifts per day and a Saturday and Sunday shift of 12 hours per day.
Responsibilities
Answer all incoming calls.
Resolve client and nurse queries that are within the scope of after-hours.
Provide timely responses to queries that come in our texting platform.
Notify clients and replace caregiver callouts as necessary.
Confirm caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start.
Perform initial intake for callers potentially interested in services.
Document all scenarios on our platform, as well as update caregiver schedules as needed.
Non-urgent Admin projects if time allows.
Requirements
Skills
Fluent in English
Compassionate and confident
Responsible and reliable
10+ years work experience in customer service + office duties.
Adaptable and flexible regarding work hours
Impeccable phone and computer skills
Staffing and/or health care experience
Experience working remotely and independently to the USA.
Quiet and professional work-from-home environment
Remotely set up with Wi-Fi and load-shedding back-up
