Explain member rights and responsibilities
Build trusting relationships with members
Perform financial data maintenance
1-3 years of customer service experience required
Behavioral health experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED required

1-3 years of Customer Service experience
Experience in a Call Center atmosphere
Preferred: Previous Behavioral Health experience
Preferred: Medical or Insurance background
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred
