The Customer Service department makes sure that payments are being made for both hospital and government accounts. As a representative, the employee will help the responsible party understand why there is a debt attached to their name, as well as provide direction for any disputes or issues pertaining to an account. After training, employees are expected to be proficient in working the dialer, incoming calls, taking payments, and noting correspondence BOTH in ENGLISH & SPANISH.
As a team member in our Customer Care Center, you will:
Efficiently handle 50+ Calls per day via inbound calls or on an auto-dialer
Take responsible party/patient calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
De-escalate situations, offering patient assistance and support
Assist the patient by scheduling payment arrangements
Multi-task with the use of relative websites and our in house system.
You must be open to working flexible schedules that may include weekends… or late hours, and experienced in a fast-paced setting.
Training Schedule: 1 week
Monday Friday from 9:00 am 5:00 pm. 100% attendance is mandatory
Work Shift:
3 days: 9am 5pm
2 days: 12pm- 8pm
