Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Schedule – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 3:00pm-11:30pm , Thursday, Friday 11:00pm-7:30am
Opportunity to work additional shifts.
Answers incoming calls and communicate with clients with respect, courtesy, empathy, tact, and professionalism.
Transfers calls accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers.
Maintains an above average attendance record.
Follows established standard operating procedures.
Qualifications/Requirements
High school diploma required
Prior customer service or call center experience preferred.
Ability to work without direct supervision
Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office
Can work well with medical staff, veterans and elderly
Has a good work ethic
Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette).
Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and highly organized.
Veterans and previous federal experience encouraged to apply
Must be able to pass an extensive background check
