Key Responsibilities – Customer Service Representative
What Youll Be Doing Every Day:
Assisting AEP customers with service-related questions, billing inquiries, and resolving power outage issues.
Providing exceptional, friendly support over the phoneno sales required.
Collaborating with your teammates to ensure every customer gets the help they need.

Education and Experience – Customer Service Representative
The Ideal Candidate for This Role:
Has at least 2 years of experience in customer service and is ready to apply their skills in a new and exciting way.
Thrives in a remote work setting with a stable work history, and is passionate about providing outstanding service.
Holds a high school diploma or GED and is authorized to work in the United States.
Can be flexible for occasional mandatory overtime, especially during outagesbecause our customers count on us when it matters most.
