What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support achievement of key metrics to ensure an exceptional student and patient experience across various communication channels
Assist students with inquiries related to admissions, enrollment, registration, and financial aid
Use ERP and CRM systems to review student records and facilitate enrollment processes
Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals while ensuring compliance with insurance requirements
Provide general information on academic procedures and assist with navigating the student portal
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
One (1) year of customer service experience
General knowledge of customer service principles and processes
Proficient skills in complex problem-solving and active listening
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Associate or Bachelor’s degree
One year of customer service experience in higher education, student services, or healthcare
Knowledge of academic programs, policies, and federal/state regulations
Familiarity with Banner, Recruit, and/or Avaya systems
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
