Position Overview:
List to Last is currently seeking 2-3 motivated and skilled Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our client relationships. This remote position requires individuals with excellent spoken communication skills, a deep understanding of social media marketing, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
? Conduct regular calls with existing clients to assess their experience and address any concerns.
? Identify and resolve issues promptly, either independently or by escalating to relevant teams for technical matters (e.g., website updates, CRM adjustments, ad updates).
? Schedule and conduct weekly Zoom calls with clients to provide support and guidance.
? Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and offer coaching on sales strategies.
? Stay informed about real estate trends and social media advertising best practices.
? Ensure clients are utilizing the CRM system effectively and assist with any related queries.
? Dress professionally during on-camera interactions, mirroring the standards of real estate professionals.
Qualifications:
? Strong spoken communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
? Understanding of social media marketing, particularly on Facebook and Instagram.
? Familiarity with CRM systems and an ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
? Knowledge of real estate trends and sales coaching is a plus.
? Comfortable with remote work and regular on-camera interactions.
? Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Work Schedule:
? Part-time position (20 hours per week).
? Monday to Friday, with weekends off.
Compensation:
? $16 per hour.
Contract Type:
? 1099 position (not an employee).
? Remote work; candidates must provide their own computer, reliable wifi connection, and phone.
