Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls efficiently and professionally
Resolve customer issues following company guidelines
Multitask across multiple applications in a fast-paced environment
Maintain excellent verbal and written communication
Requirements:
Desktop or Laptop with Windows 11 or higher (No Chromebooks or MacBooks)
Friendly, social personality
Self-motivated
Previous call center experience (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $13.00 – $14.00 per hour
Health benefits after 90 days
PTO for full-time employees
401K with matching
Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 4pm-6pm
Saturdays: 8am-8pm
Weekends and holidays required
