Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in customer service
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Patience and empathy in dealing with customers
Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
Able to work remotely with minimal supervision
