We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will work from home, field calls, emails, and chat requests from customers who have questions, comments, or concerns about our products and services. All of our Customer Service Representatives are trained to understand the full menu of our offerings so that they can provide our customers with excellent… service. We prefer candidates who have some background in customer service or sales, and we are willing to train the new candidates.
Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers through various channels (e.g. email, phone and social media)
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer interaction
Take initiative to learn about our products and company to answer questions confidently
Respond promptly to customer inquiries; acknowledge and resolve complaints
Provide information to customers about order status and product queries
Consistently update customer information in the customer database
Work closely with colleagues to communicate and coordinate when necessary
Processing all customer return merchandise authorization (RMA’s)
Process special order and complete various business forms and applications upon request
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and be willing to improve policies and procedures within your department
Requirements
High school diploma/GED required
Customer service experience is preferred but not required
Google suite and Microsoft Office
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and takes initiative
