We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team!
**Florida Residency Required***
Contractor Connect calls consumers at their request and filters out smaller jobs to prevent contractors from pursuing unprofitable jobs.
You will be responsible for helping customers by verifying their information and filtering out small home improvement jobs to ensure our partners are investing their time in the proper channels.
Responsibilities:
Ability to make continuous outbound calls
Able to use an on-screen script and flowchart efficiently
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Warm handoff consumers to our partners
?Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with little supervision
