What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle incoming calls and provide customer service to agents and carriers in a high call volume environment
Maintain a thorough knowledge of clients’ products, services, and promotions
Document customer information and communications in the CRM system
Research and resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school graduate or equivalent education
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software

Experience in the insurance industry or with insurance products
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
