$20 – $25 an hour – Full-time/Part-Time
Job description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our booking and services. Your responsibilities will include handling orders, addressing complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience through various communication channels (phone, email, chat). Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities are required.
Responsibilities:
Perform clerical work according to standard procedures
Answer and transfer phone calls, greet customers, update reception logs, process faxes and unassigned e-mails.
Input customer information accurately and assist customers as needed.
Skills/Experience Desired:
High school diploma or GED
Competency in email, Excel, Word, Calendars, etc.
Systematic and capable of organizing multiple jobs/activities at a time
