Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:
Responds resourcefully to customer requests and concerns
Processes accurate and efficient sale and return transactions
Understands and utilizes basic selling skills to properly engage and present solutions to our customers
Leverage marketing and sales tools to create a pipeline of potential customers
Cultivate and develop strong relationships across departments and with team members
Collect and organize all team manifests
Qualifications of the Customer Service Specialist Position:
High school diploma or GED required
Associate’s or Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is encouraged
1-2 years experience in a customer-facing role such as hospitality, retail, education, medical, etc. is preferred
Appetite for problem-solving and assisting others
Friendly and professional communication skills
