Description
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for a variety of customer service functions including resolving pricing issues, placing orders, managing standing orders, handling return goods authorizations (RGAs), and providing contract information. This role requires a proactive approach to identify customer needs and work towards effective solutions while maintaining positive… relationships with clients. The individual must be adept at resolving customer issues using process expertise and knowing when to escalate concerns to higher management levels. Additionally, the role includes compiling and maintaining key performance indicator (KPI) reports for both internal and external clients.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls to place orders and confirm eligibility
Research standing orders and verify contract administration
Resolve customer issues and answer queries related to order delivery
Ensure process efficiency by coordinating fertility plans and medications
Maintain KPI reports for internal and external clients
Escalate complex claims to Senior Billing & Reimbursement Specialists when necessary
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding towards customer needs
