Solving customer problems and resolving complaints
Processing orders and payments
Tracking orders and providing updates to customers
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative position include:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
2+ years of experience in customer service
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
